5. Email and Zoho Mail
Our business email addresses are hosted using Zoho Mail. If you email us, your name, email address, message, attachments and related correspondence may be processed through Zoho's systems so that we can receive, send, organise and retain business communications.
In this context, Algamal Trading determines the business purposes for which the correspondence is used. Zoho provides cloud email services on our behalf. Zoho may use group companies, infrastructure and subprocessors as described in its own privacy and subprocessor documentation.
We do not state in this notice that our Zoho mailbox data is held in a particular country or data centre, because that depends on the data centre associated with our Zoho account. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we expect appropriate safeguards to apply as required by applicable data protection law and our service-provider arrangements.
6. Other service providers and recipients
Where necessary for the purposes described above, information may be shared with service providers and business partners such as email/cloud providers, website infrastructure providers, accountants or professional advisers, suppliers, freight/logistics providers, and other parties involved in fulfilling a legitimate commercial request or transaction.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
